  • Avoid using some harsh detergents, floor cleaners, room freshners, mosquito repellents, deo etc. These things have some really bad chemicals which make the indoor air bad.
  • Keep plants in and out of your house to make the air better around your home and keep your home properly ventilated.
  • Try to pool your car. If possible use public transportation.
  • Go out when it is necessary. If possible opt for online shopping or we can call the grocer for daily needs. In that case only one vehicle will be out to deliver the goods to many.
  • Don’t burn your garbage or dry leaves.
  • Above all, try to eat fresh and healthy food. Increase your Vit-C intake, have lots of lemon water, oranges, kiwi and amla. Have good amount of omega -3 and fatty acids, for this you can have walnuts and flax seeds etc.
  • Also you can use some air purifiers to clean your indoor air.
