Today let’s see how to crochet hair scrunchies.

This is my second blog on fun hair scrunchies for young girls. After I posted my first blog on how to make hair scrunchies, I was inundated by “more patterns please” requests, and as I have a family expected shortly, and little girls visiting in that group, I thought this was the ideal time to get 2 birds with one stone – Get the request done and get my gifts ready too.

With Valentine’s Day around the corner, these are cute little gifts that you can make for your friends.. or for sale.

Come along and join me in a fun creative crocheting a scrunchies session today.

A full time mum, a part time social service volunteer, animal fosterer and a Guinness World Record holder I love art and craft - and am grateful for this hobby that keeps me busy and out of 'mischief'. We (as a family) are also staunch protectors of stray animals and will continue to do our bit to make this a safe world for them. We strongly believe in Refuse-Reuse-Recycle, which seeps into projects too. Why did I start blogging? Over the years, I found many patterns that specify yarns that are not available locally. There are also hundreds of free patterns on the web, which are not in English or which only have a chart and no written instructions. I am fortunate that I am able to read charts and I just thought it would be lovely to share these ideas as I make my own projects, using our available local yarns. I started my blog page in October 2013, but was a really sporadic contributor. In the past year and a half, I have been writing diligently and have had a lot of really interesting creative products made. I am happy to be part of this similar minded group of crafters. ACHIEVEMENTS : In October 2016, my blog was adjudged among the Top 100 Crochet Blogs to follow http://blog.feedspot.com/crochet_blogs/ In January 2016, I won the Guinness World Record for being part of the Record for the World's largest blanket https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qK7RYDGj_xk In 2014 and 2016, I played the Ravellenic Games on the Ravelry Craft group and have won great (digital) accolades http://www.ravelry.com/people/shyamanivas
