Step by Step tutorial on how to make DIY Ladybird

Here is a step by step instructions (with pictures) tutorial on how you can make little ladybird.

As we are going to make this little ladybird with circle shape cut outs , it would be better if we cut all the required shapes first and then we just need to paste them all to make a little ladybird.

Thus, for this we need –

1 big black circle cut out ( this will be the body of ladybird)

1 small black circle cut out (this will be the face of ladybird)

4 -6 small black circle cut outs ( this will be the spots of ladybird)

2 big red circle shape cut outs ( these will be the wings of ladybird)

2 small white circle shape cut outs ( these will be the eyes of ladybird)

2 small black strips ( these will be the antenna of ladybird)

Step 1 – Paste the body and face of a ladybird.

Step 2 – Paste two white circle cut outs on face to make eyes of ladybird.

Step 3 – Fold the red colour circle cut outs and form semi circle. After this paste them on body of ladybird and make her wings.

Step 4 – As ladybird has black spots on her body, thus, now paste small black circle shape cut outs on her wings.

Step 5 – Now paste antennas of ladybird.

Your little ladybird is ready. Play with it or use it as a prop while listening to a story “What the ladybird Heard”. This can also be used teach shapes – circle and semicircle to kids.
